Spay Me! clinic is a low cost spay/neuter clinic open to anyone. It is operated by Shelter From The Storm Animal Rescue, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) non-profit all breed cat and dog rescue based out of Madison, Wisconsin.
Services
Dog spay/neuter: $75.00 (Includes rabies and distemper vaccinations.)
Companion Cat spay/neuter: $40.00 (Includes rabies and distemper vaccinations.)
Outdoor/Feral Cat spay/neuter $35.00 (Must ear tip. Includes rabies and distemper vaccinations and Revolution application.)
Teeth cleaning and dental procedures - reserved for low income individuals. For information and pricing, call 608.770.4879 or email madisonlowcostclinic@yahoo.com.
Microchipping: $20.00 (24 PetWatch chip)
Heartworm testing: $20.00
FeLV testing: $15.00
FeLV/FIV testing: $20.00
Bordetella vaccination (dogs only): $10.00
Revolution - $15/dogs; $10/cats
Transported animal: additional fee varies
We do not declaw cats.

- Payment must be made at time of drop off. If you are scheduling 4 or more animals, you will be asked to pre-pay.
