SFTS'S Spay Me! Clinic

Spay Me! clinic is a low cost spay/neuter clinic open to anyone.  It is operated by Shelter From The Storm Animal Rescue, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit all breed cat and dog rescue based out of Madison, Wisconsin.  

We firmly believe that spaying and neutering pets is the best way to combat the pet overpopulation problem.  Our purpose is to make the procedure affordable to everyone. There are no income guideline and no residency requirements; anyone can bring their animal to us.  We have licensed veterinarians and certified veterinary technicians (CVTs) on staff and they focus on high volume procedures.  Other veterinarians and CVTs come in from time to time and volunteer their time.   Our clinic utilitizes skilled volunteers to assist with check in, recovery, and discharge, and we are always seeking additional volunteers.

Shelter From The Storm Shelter Animal Rescue, Inc. is a an all-breed rescue based in Madison, Wisconsin.  We have a large group of dedicated volunteers who work together to save adoptable animals from overcrowded animal shelters.  We also work with other rescues to provide low cost services for animals in their care.  Our goal is to reduce the euthanasia rate of healthy, adoptable animals in the nations' overcrowded humane societies and shelters.  We strive to educate the public on animal health care and animal overpopulation.

We bring adoptable animals into a home environment by placing them into a suitable foster home where they begin basic training and socialization. We also attend to their medical needs including spaying/ neutering, vaccinations, heartworm testing, FeLV/ FIV testing, deworming, and flea/tick prevention.  

Shelter from the Storm is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible.  We receive no government funding and rely heavily on donations and adoptions fees to fund our rescue.
