SFTS'S Spay Me! Clinic

If you are scheduling 4 or more animals, prepayment is required.   

Pre-payment will also speed up the check-in process if you are bringing your animal to us.

PRE-PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Once your appointment has been confirmed, you can mail a check to our clinic:  Spay Me! 3120 Edmonton Dr. Suite 500 Sun Prairie 53590.  Please note the animal(s) name(s) and date of surgery when sending a check.
• If you wish to pay by credit card, call Jess at (608)834-2700  Please, do not email us your credit card information. 
• Once your appointment has been confirmed and you have a total, you can pay us via PayPal.  Our email address is wis_animalrescue@yahoo.com.  There is an additional 2.2% service charge for this service.
• We can also send you an invoice via PayPal if you wish.  Please email Jess at spaymeclinic@yahoo.com if you wished to be invoiced.  There is an additional 2.2% service charge for this service.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Checks should be made out to Shelter From The Storm.

• If your pet is coming on a transport, payment is to the transporting organization.  Please check with the organization for payment options.
