Susan Roberts, DVM, a Madison native, is Spay Me's lead veterinarian.  She spent 9 years in Community Practice before joining Spay Me! in 2009.

Casey Walter, DVM lives in Sun Prairie with her cats Nugget and Chewy, her daughter Amanda, and  husband Erv.  She has a degree in biology from Ball State University in Muncie, IN.  Dr. Walter received her degree in veterinary medicine in 2002 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Prior to working for SpayMe Clinic! She worked at a feline clinic and volunteered with the Dane County Humane Society, Dane County Friends of Ferals, and Shelter From the Storm.  She enjoys learning something new from each of her patients.  In her free time Dr. Walter likes to bake with herdaughter and follow Badger football and hockey.  Dr. Walter joined our team in the Spring of 2010.  She is efficent in high volume spay/neuter procedures, as well as being Spay Me's lead veterinarian in our Wellness program.

Kaitlin Young, DVM received her BS in biology from Michigan Technological University in 2006 and went on to complete her DVM at UW-Madison, graduating in 2010.  She has been with Spay Me! since July 2010.  Along with a love of shelter animal medicine and doing low-cost, high-volume spay-neuter for your pets, she also enjoys working with dairy cattle and doing outreach in the community about animal care, welfare, and public health.  Outside of veterinary medicine, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, and kayaking.

Erin Bloom, DVM obtained her DVM from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in May 2010.  Her interests include surgery, client communication, and weight management. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association. Outside of work, Dr. Erin enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Emma, family, and friends.  She also enjoys horseback riding, reading, and watching movies.  She is very excited to be caring for your pets at SpayMe!

Dr. Kristin Setz obtained her DVM from the University of Wisconsin’s School of Veterinary Medicine in May 2010.  Her interests include pain management, surgery, and client communication.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Animal Hospital Association.  Dr. Setz lives in Madison with her husband Scott.  They currently do not have any pets of their own, but she enjoys spending time with her family dog, Bailey, who resides with her parents.  Outside of work, Dr. Setz likes getting together with friends and family, reading, and watching movies.  She and her husband are huge Badger fans and like to attend the football and hockey games.  Dr. Setz joined the SpayMe! clinic in November 2010 and looks forward to meeting your pets

Kirsten Marks is the lead CVT at Spay Me!, and has been with the clinic since opening in 2008.

Laura Shook is a CVT Assistant.  She has been at Spay Me! since opening, and with the rescue for 4 years.  Laura enjoys spending time with her cat "Skinny", and has been a Girl Scout for 16 years. 

Stephanie Hawley was born and raised in Minot, ND she is currently attending the University of Wisconsin Madison and will earn her BS in Biology this December with hopes of starting veterinary school next semester.  Besides having fun at the clinic she also works with some of the research animals on campus.  Stephanie enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and hanging out with friends whenever possible.  Stephanie joined Spay Me's team in June 2010.  She works in Recovery and assists with Wellness appointments.
